PRACA Hispanic Festival

By Jose B. Rivera

East Harlem - August 3, 2002. The Puerto Rican Association for Community Affairs (PRACA) held its annual Latin American Arts & Cultural Festival on East 106th Street between Lexington and Third Avenues today. The festival featured art, artists, music and loads of people. This event is not a fundraiser, but a celebration of Hispanic Culture. Founder and Organizer Yolanda Sanchez, who heads the organization as it’s executive director, sees the day when the festival will grow in size. Below are photographs of the event.
