Press Release - (January 2010, New York, NY) Mr. Raphael Benavides, owner of famed Latin steakhouse "Ricardo Steakhouse", brings Peruvian Cuisine to East Harlem. Mr. Benavides recently announced the opening of "Ceviche", a casual chic dining room, featuring a full array of Peruvian ceviches as well as other well known national Peruvian dishes.
