? What Police Precicnt serves East Harlem

I am doing research. My cousin, Edward Horgan was a Police officer and was stationed at a Station about 104th St back in the 40 or 50's. Is that the 23rd Precinct?
Thank you, Bridget

East Harlem is served by two precincts,
the 23rd on the south and the 25th up north.
The 23rd used to be located at East 104th Street between Lexington and Third Avenues, but a new precinct was built (I guess around the 70s) and it's located at 102nd Street on Third Avenue itself.
