Cool Board

It is clear to me that court action may be a way to bring a change...but it all goes back to what happened in the councilmatic election. As long as latinos do not put their egos on check, a majority board of latinos will get no further than they are presently. Even a greater fear is that a majority latino board would elect a chair not of color and feel its an accomplishment. Alliances are so important because the master divider and conquerer has the power to enforce and capitalize. I think you are intelligent and quite frustrated with how latinos have allegedly been conquered. The enemy is inside of them who identify with the aggressor/oppressor.
