Born in the Bronx J-lo, Mark Anthony, and many more, In New york we are concidered Puerto Ricans, Yet in Puerto Rico we are concidered Neroricans and not PR's WHY? In my heart,blood, and sweat I am Puerto Rican. Yet on the Island we are Gringos?? I was led to believe that first generation born in the USA are still Ricans second and third generations are Americans. Can anyone answer this
