Were should I park my car when I get to the Puerto Rican Day Parade

I was wondering what would be the best way to get to 5th Ave.
Would it be best parking my car in a parking lot and taking the subway. If the subway is the best way to go, then what is the nearest subway after the GW bridge. If there is a faster way it would help me out alot.

Hi,
I would recommend that you drive into the city early. Get as close as possible to the parade as you can. The parade's end point is East 86th Street and Fifth Avenue. I don't drive so I don't know what would be the best way to enter the city nearest the parade.

Using a parking garage seems like the best bet. If you arrive in the morning (may as well you can get better seating that way), then park your car in the garage and walk to Fifth Avenue. Don't drink too much liquids as it is hard to find a bathroom along the parade route. Good Luck and welcome to our discussion forum.
