Women of El Barrio

Was looking over literiture of the past councilmanic campaign and came across a group which was supporting Councilman Reed. The Women of El Barrio.

Does anyone have any further info on this group?
Are they for real or just a passing thing? How many women and who. Most importantly Who are they?

Hello Jose and everyone,

Long time since I've visited the forum - have been very busy and reading and writing on forums takes up a lot of my time (especially if I'm in my office) .

Anyway, Women of El Barrio - I have no clue who they are - especially since I'm a woman who lives in El Barrio. If anyone has info on them - please write. I'm very curious to know who they are and what they do. They supported Reed????? - Interesting !!!
